Here is how to upgrade the RAM of your Minecraft server with us:

Step 1) Log in to your billing account at http://www.arkanhosting.com/whmcs
Step 2) Click on Services -> My Services -> View Details -> Management Actions -> Upgrade/Downgrade
Step 3) Select the plan you'd like to upgrade to and checkout.
Step 4) Once you have made payment, your server will instantly be upgraded to the selected plan! A server restart may be required for the changes to take full effect.
